United States and Sales
Koi Gardens Inc. only sells and ships product within the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawai’i, and Canada. We do not ship outside of The United States and Canada. Extra shipping charges will apply to Alaska, Hawai'i, Canada.
All orders must be accompanied by payment. Sorry C.O.D. is not available. Koi Gardens Inc. accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, Certified Check, Money Orders, and Koi Gardens Inc. Gift Certificates. DO NOT send cash in the mail. Please do not send Checks or Money Orders until final orders total and shipping costs are quoted. All payments are processes upon receipt.

- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Delivery is by the most economical method possible for each particular order. Most orders are shipped UPS Ground or USPS Ground. Larger hard goods weighing over 70 lbs., will be shipped via freight/trucking companies. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for delivered package.
The MINIMUM charge for shipping and handling of any order is $15.00. Shipping charges will vary according to method, weight and nature of order and location of delivery. Unfortunately, Koi Gardens Inc. has no control over the rates charged by commercial carriers. Shipping quotes are available upon request.
Orders received after 1 p.m. PST will be shipped out the following business day. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Larger items may take longer. Expedited service is available upon request (charges will vary).
Please be advised that we do everything we can to maintain our stock levels. However, Koi Gardens Inc. may temporarily be out of stock on specific items. Please allow up to 10 days for your order to be shipped. You will be notified if we are out of stock on the item(s) you ordered.
Orders placed after 10 a.m. on Fridays will not be shipped until Monday.
Please Do Not Sign For Any Package That Appears To Have Been Damages In Shipping.

Koi Gardens does accept returns on product within 7 days of you receiving the products. Please provide us with tracking number of your package. Once we receive the product your return will be process less all shipping charges and a 20% restock fee will be applied. There are no returns on cut or live product (i.e. tubing, liner, filter media, fish, plants, and bacteria).
