PAYMENT:
All orders must be accompanied by payment. Sorry C.O.D. is not available. Koi Garden Inc. accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, certified checks, money orders and Koi Garden Inc. gift certificates. Do not send cash in the mail. Please do not send Checks or Money Orders until final order totals, with shipping costs, are quoted. All payments are processed upon receipt.

- Fish and Plants are only available at our store location.

- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
DELIVERY:
Delivery is by the most economical method possible for each particular order. Most orders are shipped UPS Ground or USPS Ground. Larger hard goods, such as filtration, statuary, or any product(s) weighing over 75 lbs., will be shipped via freight/trucking companies. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for delivered package.
The MINIMUM charge for shipping and handling of any order is $10.00. Shipping charges will vary according to method, weight and nature of order and location of delivery. Unfortunately, Koi Gardens has no control over the rates charged by commercial carriers. Shipping quotes are available upon request.
Orders received after 1pm PST will be shipped out the following business day. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Larger items may take longer. Expedited service is available upon request (charges will vary).

Gardens may temporarily be out of stock on specific items. Please allow up to 10 days for your order to be shipped. You will be notified if we are out of stock on the item(s) you ordered.
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will not be shipped until Tuesday.
PLEASE DO NOT SIGN FOR ANY PACKAGE THAT APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN DAMAGED IN SHIPPING.
