Koi Gardens Inc. Return Policy and Guarantee:
If for any reason the product(s) you are purchasing need to be returned, we gladly accept returns up to 30 days at which the amount you paid will be returned to you by original payment method less shipping charges. Product(s) must be in the original unmarked package and unused, including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that was shipped with the product. If product was a special order a 25% restock fee will occur. Absolutely no returns on any cut or live product(s), special orders, sale items, and/or discontinued items.
Hard Goods: There is NO RETURN on any cut liner, underlayment, tubing or other custom cut items. Please double check merchandise requirements with our staff, as Koi Gardens Inc. is not responsible for errors made due to improper sizes or measurements. Manufacturer warranties are honored where applicable only when accompanied by the original cash register receipt. Alterations to merchandise will void all warranty. Koi Gardens Inc. is not responsible for merchandise after warranty expires.
Credit Notes: Must be presented or mailed in when redeeming.
Upon arrival of shipments Koi Gardens Inc. must be notified within 24 hours of any problems concerning our merchandise. Customer is responsible for shipping/transportation costs of returning merchandise.
